Education

HSP COACH

CIVAS

HBO

2022 - 2022

With the accredited HSP Coach training, specific guidance can be provided to clients dealing with high sensitivity. Many highly sensitive individuals find it challenging to navigate our busy society with their heightened sensitivity. As an HSP coach, the focus is on increasing self-awareness and developing skills. The practical exercises and techniques from the training are immediately applicable in a coaching practice or in work as a therapist or educator.

ACT THERAPY

CIVAS

HBO

2022 - 2022

ACT therapy is a relatively new form of behavioral therapy that aims to address the life questions people struggle with. Limiting thoughts can have a significant negative impact on a client’s well-being. In the ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) training, participants learn how individuals can become aware of the workings of their minds, allowing them to overcome obstacles and live more fully. The ACT training provides tools to help clients experience greater life satisfaction.

COACHING FOR PROFESSIONALS

SCHOOL VOOR COACHING

HBO

2018 - 2019

In the certification training for coaches, participants learn how to effectively move others forward. They leave with a wealth of coaching techniques, but most importantly, they discover how they themselves are the most crucial coaching tool. Professional development as a coach goes hand in hand with self-awareness of personal themes, triggers, and automatisms, which enhances their impact as a guide. After all, a coaching conversation is only as effective as the coach's own awareness.

Becoming a coach at the School for Coaching means engaging in ten months of both coaching others and being coached. This program is designed for anyone who wants to learn professional coaching, whether as an independent coach or within an existing role. The training is results-oriented and integrates the mind, heart, and body. In the Coaching for Professionals program, participants learn how to guide others towards development in a results-driven manner. By the end, they are able to consciously apply their coaching skills with courage and confidence, making effective interventions second nature.

The methods used in the training are based on systems thinking, body awareness, and Jungian principles: three powerful approaches to bringing unconscious elements to light (and thus shedding light on blockages, obstacles, and new possibilities).

PRODUCTMANAGEMENT

NCOI

HBO

2016 - 2016

In this practical program, participants gain insight into the key aspects of product management: the product, the organization, the market, and branding. This involves delving into topics such as brand policy, marketing communication strategy, and online and offline marketing communication channels.
